Description:

A medium to large, fast-growing and hardy tree in fertile soils. Features corky bark and needle-like foliage, with large woody seed cones up to 4 cm long. An important food source for Glossy Black Cockatoos and a useful windbreak or shade tree. Fallen needles create a natural mulch, enriching the soil.
