Description:

A majestic tree with a straight habit and a distinctive dome-shaped crown. Glossy, lance-shaped green leaves provide year-round interest. In summer to early autumn, the tree produces massive, soccer ball-sized female cones containing large edible nuts. Best planted away from paths, houses, or urban areas due to the size and weight of the cones.
