Description:

A charming, low-growing shrub with striking yellow and red pea-shaped flowers that bloom in autumn and spring. Its compact form makes it perfect for garden borders or native plantings, while providing shelter for local wildlife. Naturally occurring along much of Australia’s east coast, this species is both beautiful and ecologically valuable.

  • Listed as endangered in Tasmania

  • Named after botanist Bossieu de la Martinière, who accompanied La Pérouse
