Description:
A delicate perennial with one or two grass-like leaves and clusters of six-petalled white, occasionally pink, flowers from spring to early summer. Found naturally in open grassy woodlands and wet heath, it produces papery seed capsules and adds a soft, meadow-like charm to gardens.
