Description:
Widespread, common, many-branched erect herb to 80cm, usually hairless. Alternate or opposite leaves to 6cm x Smm, sometimes minutely toothed, hairless or sparsely hairy. 5-petalled flowers to 8mm in cymes, throughout year. Flowers bluish with darker lines, filaments blue, often with white marks. Oblong papery seed capsule to 7 mm, hairless. Formerly Caesia parviflora var. vittata.
