Description:

A hardy, upright or spreading shrub growing to around 3 metres tall. It has rough bark, narrow prickly leaves, and masses of small white flowers in spring to early summer. The woody seed capsules remain on the plant for years, adding interest and texture. An excellent choice for a dense garden shrub or for planting near the coast.
