Description:
Iconic coastal tree with striking “architectural” features. Exhibits interesting exposed prop roots, multiple branches, and long narrow serrated leaves up to 1 m. Tiny grey flowers are followed by very large orange fruits up to 40 cm wide, which serve as food for wildlife such as crabs and bats.
