Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your consultation time. As a small, community-run nursery, late cancellations make it difficult for us to offer that time to others. For this reason, changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. If you need to make any changes, please get in touch as soon as possible—we’ll always do our best to help.

“We booked the garden consulting service to help establish a native verge garden alongside our house, and other areas. Sarah was absolutely lovely to work with! Within 24 hours of her visit we had received a list of native plants based on the preferences we had discussed. There were quite a few flowering native tree species that we had never heard of and we are very much looking forward to watching them grow. Highly recommend. “
